• 3-Year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in Indian Air Force
• Candidate must be Ex-Servicemen from IAF
• Rank should be JWO or above
• Date of retirement from IAF should be on or before 01 April 2026

Age Limit

• General / EWS: Maximum 50 Years
• OBC: Maximum 53 Years
• SC / ST: Maximum 55 Years
• Age calculated as on 01 April 2026

Salary

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000
• Additional benefits include DA, HRA, Perquisites, Medical Reimbursement, PF, Gratuity, Group Insurance, and PRP as per BEL rules.
