• AEE Electrical: B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• AEE Civil: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• AEE Telecom: B.E / B.Tech in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Degree must be from a recognised university / AICTE-approved institution.
• Qualification should be completed on or before 25 June 2026.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age for General / OC: 42 Years
• SC / ST / BC / EWS: 47 Years
• PwBD: 52 Years
• Age calculated as on 01 July 2026.

Salary

• Probation Period: ₹75,000 per month consolidated pay
• After Probation: ₹86,245 – ₹2,08,915 as per RPS-2022 pay scale
