1. Visit the official South Central Railway website at https://scr.indianrailways.gov.in and navigate to About Us → RRC-SCR section to access the online application link.

3. Complete the registration process by selecting your state and district, uploading address proof, and entering a valid mobile number and email ID. Create a password and verify OTPs sent to your registered contact details.

5. Select your preferred training units (Divisions/Workshops/Sheds) based on your eligible trade. Note that preferences cannot be changed after submission.
6. Upload all required documents including recent passport-size photograph (JPEG, max 1 MB), signature, and certificates such as 10th marksheet, ITI certificate, caste/EWS/PwBD certificates, RDAT registration proof, and medical certificate (PDF format, max 2 MB).
7. Ensure that you have completed registration on the apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and obtained a valid registration number before applying.
8. Review all the entered details carefully in the preview section before final submission, as no corrections will be allowed afterward.
9. Pay the application fee (if applicable) through online payment methods such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI, and generate the payment receipt.
