Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released the official notification for 82 Receivables Management posts including Floor Manager, Process Manager, Vendor Manager, Area Receivables Manager, Zonal / Regional Receivables Manager, Compliance Manager & Complaint Manager on contract basis. Eligibility Criteria
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a University / Institution recognised by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.
  • Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in any discipline (for Compliance Manager – Legal background preferred).
  • Post-qualification experience in Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution as mentioned against each post (clerical cadre experience not counted).
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above required at the time of joining.
  • Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India.
  • Candidates with adverse report regarding character, antecedents, moral turpitude etc. are not eligible to apply.

Salary & Contract Details
  • Remuneration will be market-linked based on candidate’s qualification, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmarks.
  • No fixed CTC is mentioned in the notification – will be decided by the Bank.
  • Engagement will be on a Fixed Term Contract of 5 years, extendable up to maximum 5 more years (total max 10 years) or till age 60 years, whichever is earlier.
  • Place of posting: Anywhere in India (candidate’s location preference may be considered but is not binding on the Bank).

Selection Process – Bank of Baroda Receivables Management 2025
  1. Shortlisting of Applications – based on eligibility, qualification, experience and overall suitability.
  2. Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion – shortlisted candidates will be called for PI / GD or any other selection method as decided by the Bank.
  3. Final Merit – will be prepared based on performance in the selection process and subject to fulfilling eligibility and document verification.
  4. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview / selection process.
